Without a doubt I would, and have, recommended Rooter Solutions to anyone with a need for their services. I even asked them to give me a pile of their calling cards to give out. And I speak as a California Certified Water Distribution Operator, as I help to run a small mutual water company. They responded within an hour of my call, sent a supervisor and knowledgeable tech, and promptly got to work. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a much larger problem than I first envisioned. But they had the equipment, various parts, and most importantly, the clear knowledge of what had to be done. I called Rooter Solutions after another plumber appointment fell through. And they easily were able to make a same day appointment. The tech who showed up, Sean, was so calm and knowledgeable, that he really fostered trust and calm after a stressful previous experience. Would recommend!
This was a random search on Google and I’m very happy with the choice..I had a backed up pipe, called and told them my situation and everyone was so, so professional and helpful.. They gave me an afternoon appointment but called and said they had an earlier one and set me up with it..The 2 technicians (Martin and Sean) were very kind and helpful Martin walked me through what he was doing and was very knowledgeable and polite.They got the job done in under a hour.Yaaaa, I’m up and running again. I will most definitely recommend them to family and friends, plus I have more work for them.. Thank you. ✝️ A++++.
