I called these Rooter Solutions earlier today after one of my clients reported a clogged toilet. I am a Contractor and estate manager and deal with plumbers and service-related companies on a daily basis. Rooter Solutions was exceedingly organized and quick and from initial outreach to being on site was just over an hour and a half. They had multiple touch points with clear and efficient communication. I was not on site and they were servicing a property out in the rural foothills well behind Montecito which can be a bit spotty on service and tricky to navigate on a first visit. Martin of Rooter Solutions was diligent and persevered to clear the pipe of my sink. He was conscientious in leaving the work space as clean he encountered it. He was accompanied by Ben, a personable regional manager, who helped to interpret the process and plumbing parts of the service call. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Rob was great. I didn't have hot water and he came over and immediately knew what to do. He fix the problem. Definitely call him if you ever need a great and affordable plumber.
