“90 days in! If you're like me, you're looking at reviews and hoping for insight from someone who has been in the building for a while. We toured no less than 10 buildings in the months leading up to this choice.
The on-site staff below made the difference.

Starting off strong with our first visit to tour the building with Myla. She is knowledgeable and helpful. But the impressive part was how she went the extra step. I’m a chef and very into interior styling, and I mentioned that we would need to purchase an island for the kitchen. Not only did she suggest an island, but she also sent me multiple options that would complement the kitchen. The one we have blends flawlessly.

During orientation, we had the delightful experience of connecting with Paul Lee. So personable and helpful, about 3 weeks in, I realized our mailbox keys weren't functioning. He stopped everything and cut me new keys on the spot. I know the staff is always busy, so I appreciate that.

And saving the best for last, our everyday front desk hero, Kristi. I have no idea how she controls that desk like an orchestra conductor. Seeing her downstairs is always lovely. Working with this many tenants and hotel guests, and staying that pleasant and personable is seriously a super power. She makes the high-rise feel homey.

And a special shout-out to Will Lutz from 825 S. Hill, who suggested we tour this building!

“Excellent help from Phil at Electropedic Manufacturing Corp in San Fernando. My thirty year old bed stopped working. Called Phil, he helped me with over-the-phone diagnosis, and recommended replacing one $59 part... a hand controler switch that had simply worn out after 30 years of pushing the buttons. He shipped the correct part, and now all is working great again. Maybe for another thirty years! Thanks to Electropedic for stocking parts for such an old bed, and thanks to Phil for great service.“
