I forgot to mention Melinda and Claudia whom I have contact with over the phone along with Steven. I cannot be more grateful for all they do......“

Intracare started their service with nurses and shower nurses, they were patient, took their time in helping her recuperating and caring for her wounds, always sent us supplies we needed and nurses helped all her wounds heal safely and no infections! doctors were very happy she got healthy and back up again..

Called Phil, he helped me with over-the-phone diagnosis, and recommended replacing one $59 part... a hand controler switch that had simply worn out after 30 years of pushing the buttons. He shipped the correct part, and now all is working great again. Maybe for another thirty years! Thanks to Electropedic for stocking parts for such an old bed, and thanks to Phil for great service.“

The ladies who come to my home have been wonderful company and such a pleasure to have around. They notice things without me having to ask, they give me my space when I want it, and somehow they always know when I could use a little extra help. I interviewed 3 other agencies and made a wise decision in hiring this company. Before committing to service, I met with a registered nurse from the agency who oversees care. The HHAs are caring, knowledgeable and respectful of privacy. They supervise my daily exercises which are needed to recover from surgical repair of a knee fracture as well as assist with meal preparation, shopping, household chores and driving to medical appointments.
