Great experience. I called to get a second opinion as our other installer was struggling finishing our new boiler installation...8 weeks into the project. Keith came in, diagnosed the problems with the install, and ended up fixing the 3 time sensitive ones on the spot; he then came back a week later to finish the project, with very clear and professional communication. My only regret was not starting with them and being stopped in my tracks when their recording said "we can't take any more jobs for 6 weeks" back in early December '23.

InMotion has repeatedly come to the rescue during off-hours when we've had issues with our hot water heater or furnace. Last week they quickly helped us repair our water heater when it broke down with short term renters in our house.
