Ferris Heating did a great job in replacing our old furnace. The owner, Dave, sent out one of his engineers, Brett, to inspect our old unit and gave us a number of options to repair or replace. We ended up replacing and went for the higher spec'd unit, since we wanted the longer term savings. Both gentlemen were very respectful and polite and provided a great service. Dave the owner came to help with the install and was very communicative through the process. The full job was done in a day and all debris was cleared away. Definitely recommend Dave and the team at Ferris

5+ stars. When our furnace stopped working, we called Ferris Heating at 8 am three days before Christmas with an epic snowstorm rolling in. The father, Dave, called us back within 30 minutes, and his son, Ryan, arrived about noon. Fortunately it was an easy fix, but he also mentioned that they carry many standard parts on the truck if that had been needed. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and took the extra time to make sure it was working well and make some adjustments to improve the overall heating level and prevent the same thing from happening again. When Ryan found out my 91 yo mother was with us & our furnace wasn’t working - he rearranged his schedule to make us his first stop of the day. He was very knowledgeable, yet gracious about it & we were incredibly grateful. I would use them for any HVAC needs in Truckee. SO impressive.Service: Heating system maintenance
