Great work!!! We came up to our cabin last night.. furnace not working. Freaking cold night!!! Contacted Southwest Heating early today, a Saturday morning, and he came out within the hour to save the day! Dave quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it! House heating up nicely :). Thank you, Dave!!!
Dave was great! He spent time with me on the phone, gave me ideas to try on my heater to get it working, and it did start working! He never even came to my house – no charge! That’s good old-fashioned, excellent customer service.
David came out on very short notice when our heater went out during a cold snap (3 degrees). Our heater is old and starting to rust so looks like replacement will be needed. Very responsive and helpful, highly recommend.
