David came out on very short notice when our heater went out during a cold snap (3 degrees). Our heater is old and starting to rust so looks like replacement will be needed. Very responsive and helpful, highly recommend.

Dave is responsive and extremely competent. His rates are reasonable. We have an old HVAC system. He cam out the day I called him and was able to diagnose the cause of our fan failure as a failing controller board. He ordered the right fan controller board online and came back the next week and fixed our system. We are very happy with both quality and value.

Our condo heat stopped working. Called around too many heating places and was told as it isn't an emergency and I don't live there full time I would have to wait most likely several weeks Southwest was able to squeeze me in that day and repair the heat! Extremely reasonable prices IMO. They told me my furnace needs to be replaced soon ,however, which I was told 3 years ago when I bought the condoReceived a quote , again I thought very reasonable, and was able to book a time at end of Nov. Great service , friendly staff and easy to work with
