I called Marat around 4 pm today, desperately in need of an emergency service on my flower cooler for my flower shop. I was in a complete state of anxiety, as Valentines Day is a week away & our business operates and relies on our cooler. Marat answered my call promptly and made me feel at ease immediately. He was at my business 30 minutes later! It was POURING rain and our cooler systems are on the roof. He did the job in extreme weather conditions, without hesitation. So fortunate and grateful that I discovered RPM So Cal and Marat last year to take care of our commercial AC. Marat's expertise, professional and honesty were exceptional then and still are. Couple days ago we had a residential AC problem and without thinking I called Marat and he responded quickly and scheduled a service call the same day and fixed a bad, difficult problem to fix in a couple of hours. To make long story short, RPM So Cal is our go to company and Marat go to person anytime we have HVAC issues without any hesitation.
