We hired Phoenix Air to replace our air conditioning system and couldn't be happier with the results. Phoenix explained all of our options and were very patient with us until we made our decision. We had the new system for about 9 months now and it's working perfectly. We would highly recommend their services!

There is no such thing as 100% perfect installation record! Lets be realistic, stuff happens! Sometimes the expensive unit you got had a bug, or maybe a manufacturing issue. It happens in every industry. Cars, toasters and HVAC systems. It happened to me! When it does happen, that’s when you can really sort the great companies from the not so great ones.Phoenix Air gave me a fair price and quality installation from the very start. But more importantly, they stood by their promise to take care of me. When my system started having trouble the first winter they didn’t drag me through a bunch of hoops to save themselves money.
