They requested that I visit ELL’s Spa so I brought them, not knowing what to expect.
I was impressed by how kindly the staff treated them and by how quickly my students responded to the warm interaction.
However, I was amazed by Elle, Cali, and Alma’s skilled and professional hands.
I surprised myself by deciding to have a facial treatment done on me. What a wonderful and unforgettable experience for an old guy like me.

The facial felt great, but honestly the neck, shoulders, and scalp massage put it over the top — I didn’t expect that and it was amazing.

My arms get tired washing it, so I can only imagine the workout it gives a stylist—but Rebecca never once made it feel like a chore. Like clockwork, my color and cut would take two hours, and it was always time well spent.

The salon itself is conveniently located right off PCH, with plenty of signage and parking (even when it was busy, I never had trouble finding a spot). Plus, the vibe inside is relaxing, welcoming, and a perfect place to treat yourself.

My favorite compliment? “You have mermaid hair”—something I’ve heard from more than one kid, and a compliment I share credit with Rebecca.

If you’re in the area, or willing to travel a little for great service, and looking for a stylist (whether you’re changing your color, maintaining a signature shade, or just want to feel like your best self), Rebecca is your girl. I’ll miss her now that I’ve moved out of state, but I’m so grateful I found her while I was in California!“
