When I arrived, Hunter was at the front desk. Greed me promptly texted me in and then asked me if I would like something to drink. I was super thirsty, and so I took Hunter up on the offer for glass of water.

Then a Customer came in to an require about booking of Service in the future, and Hunter was very polite in explanatory to the person

To my surprise Hunter invited me to the facial bar so he could get my Service.

He ended up being the only person working in the Spa that day

I can only imagine the stress of having to be the front of house Customer service greeter and provide a high quality Service.

But Hunter did that!

Anyone else might have been overwhelmed by the stress, which would have diminished their ability to provide Excellent customer service. And that could have been a negative brand experience. Especially for a first time visitor.

Lucky for facialworks They have Hunter on their staff.
