She took the time to explain what she was doing, and also told me about a unit conversion between Dysport and Botox which no one had ever explained to me before. My favorite thing was that she didn't try to oversell other products or services. My trust in her is super high, after just one visit! We did wait a little bit, but the time and care she gave me was worth the wait! I would much rather wait a little than feel rushed. “I enjoyed getting a Fractional CO2 laser at Dermatown. I got it in February of 2025. It was my first time getting a laser done to my face, so I wasn’t entirely sure how to go about it. Fortunately, the customer service was amazing and I felt comfortable getting the laser. I was given detailed instructions of how to care for my face post treatment and they gave me a kit to take home. The kit had directions on them and skin care tools to care for my face. I was also able to send Dermatown daily photos of my face so they could track my progress and guide me on what to do each day as my face was going through the stages of the treatment. Thank you Dermatown for doing this treatment for me and answering any questions I had about it!“

The gluta drip was pricey, so it is definitely a treat and splurge. The rooms are clean and relaxing. I would definitely go back but it is quite a travel for me.“

“First of all, I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to rave about Dr. Lisa Jewell. She is AMAZING! Dr. Jewell has the best bedside manners, is sweet, professional, and really takes the time to answer your questions without making you feel rushed. (As a side note, this is not my first rodeo with a plastic surgeon. I have had numerous breast augmentation surgeries and a tummy tuck over the course of 20 years). I had already consulted with 3 other plastic surgeons before meeting with Dr. Jewell. I knew immediately that she was the right choice for me.
