“Nancy was my aesthetician and it was hands down the best facial I've ever had. This spa is clean and has a quiet room, steam rooms, sauna, and a jacuzzi. It's very clean and well kept. When I go to the spa, I like to make a day of it. I figured out how to spend 6 hours there. The spa is pretty small and the outdoor patio overlooks the parking lot. Other than that, it was very nice. “I enjoyed getting a Fractional CO2 laser at Dermatown. I got it in February of 2025. It was my first time getting a laser done to my face, so I wasn’t entirely sure how to go about it. Fortunately, the customer service was amazing and I felt comfortable getting the laser. I was given detailed instructions of how to care for my face post treatment and they gave me a kit to take home. The kit had directions on them and skin care tools to care for my face. I was also able to send Dermatown daily photos of my face so they could track my progress and guide me on what to do each day as my face was going through the stages of the treatment. Thank you Dermatown for doing this treatment for me and answering any questions I had about it!“
