Lorena (the owner) is the one that did my Brazilian. She was so professional, friendly, and kind. She made feel very comfortable and welcomed. Before my service she informed me about the product they use and what sets them apart from other wax products. I really appreciated that. It shows how educated and informed she is. Definitely shows passion. She was very thorough and made sure she did a quality job. The facility is very nice and clean. I loved the clean and bright aesthetic. I highly recommend coming here.

It was a fun experience to share. I thought the pressure was just right, though obviously you can voice if it's too hard. Very attentive staff - making sure we were hydrated.
