I had a great facial today. Zen was absolutely lovely, is passionate about skincare and is really knowledgeable. My skin looked so much brighter after my facial. I would highly recommend this business and the fact that is is a woman small business owner makes me proud to support her.
I originally found Zen' Spa through a Groupon but was so pleasantly surprised by the attention and care that Zen gave me during my microdermabrasion appointment. She threw in some complimentary services also! I ended up buying some skincare products from her. She truly is a magical person. We discussed so many amazing topics and she made me feel comfortable and happy. Not everyone can do this type of service in this kind, generous and abundant way. I will definitely be coming back! I bought a Groupon deal for Crystal Complexion Facial Treatment at this place for my mother's birthday gift. My mom enjoyed the service. However, the deal is for 90 minute facial, but my mom only got 60 minute. And they charged me $1 booking fee with my credit card, when the owner of the place told me there is "no booking fee" over text message. She definitely has to improve on those.
