I truly enjoyed my experience getting a Fractional CO₂ laser at Dermatown. It was my first time ever getting a laser procedure done on my face, so I was a bit nervous. Thankfully, the customer service was amazing, and they made me feel completely comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
They provided detailed post-treatment instructions and even gave me a take-home kit with skincare products, tools, and clear directions on how to properly care for my skin. Laser Hair Removal – Disappointing Experience
I got the laser hair removal deal here thinking it was a good value, but in the long run it turned out expensive and ineffective. I had already done laser at another clinic before coming here and only wanted to complete a few touch‑ups. At that previous clinic, I saw clear results from the 1st session and by the 6th session, got long-term results, only needed occasional maintenance afterwards every few months or so.

I enjoyed getting a Fractional CO2 laser at Dermatown. I got it in February of 2025. It was my first time getting a laser done to my face, so I wasn’t entirely sure how to go about it. Fortunately, the customer service was amazing and I felt comfortable getting the laser. I was given detailed instructions of how to care for my face post treatment and they gave me a kit to take home. The kit had directions on them and skin care tools to care for my face. I was also able to send Dermatown daily photos of my face so they could track my progress and guide me on what to do each day as my face was going through the stages of the treatment.
