Front desk associates, nurses, and Dr. Rachel were very kind and bubbly. It seems like everyone in this office really cares about the patient’s experience! I was in and out of the office within 20 minutes.

As usual, my PA was outgoing, attentive -- and, above all, knowledgeable --- in handling my inquiries and conditions, big and small. Plus the supporting staff is pleasant and helpful as well. I've recommended the California Skin Institute to others and will continue to do so!

My new dermatologist did my procedure and didn’t charge me like the previous dermatologist demanded. I told her she was wrong to no avail, It’s not the first time I’ve had the procedure.
