Patients were greeted by the front desk receptionist, check-in was brief, and they were called on immediately and greeted. The doctor was very kind and her concerns were genuine. Patients left feeling great and will return.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Alexandra Kivnick she is very kind & helpful, she takes her time with you & explains everything that she is doing. The moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. They made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. The customer service was top-notch, what a great experience. 🙌

Went in for an initial appointment and met Dianne N. She was great, listened to all the issues I've been dealing with and discussed previous treatments I've tried. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with some options to treat my ongoing eczema. The staff was also wonderful and welcoming. I'm glad I was referred to this office.

Dr Dianne Navoa was very thorough and explained everything which I needed to know including cost, type of procedure to be done and why she is doing such procedures. She’s very accommodating and patient with my questions and feel like she cares about my concerns. Highly recommended! Marisabel (front office) was also nice and professional and answered all my inquiries! First time visiting the office and I highly recommend OSVI.
