Colon hydrotherapy helps hydrate me internally with filtered water. Im also able to hit the lower 3 chakras and release pent up emotions and stress that I carry. I had such an amazing time with Moya, she was patient, kind,informative, understanding, helpful, very gentle and eased all the worries I had. She does more than help cleanse the physical she incorporates the mental and spiritual too. My body feels lighter and mentally I am armed with the information to treat me body better and give it what it needs.
