“I normally don't leave reviews, but Eric definitely earned this one. I attempted to repair my gaming laptop myself and got in a little over my head. By the time I started looking for help, I had already completely disassembled the laptop. I called and visited several local computer repair shops, and every one of them turned me away because they didn't want to deal with a laptop someone else had already taken apart.

Eric was the only one willing to help. Even though he wasn't the one who originally disassembled the laptop and could have easily been confused about where everything went, he confidently took on the repair and had it completed the very same day. His pricing was more than fair, especially considering the difficult situation I handed him.
