Sam and Edwin go above and beyond to keep me working for my LA employer efficiently from the East Coast! They are reliable, solution oriented, polite and professional. I have three computers and need to be connected to clients, international accounts, and our corporate team.
Last week Edwin figured out an important Zoom issue (that the Zoom rep could not solve over a 45 min. phone call or multiple time consuming emails). Thanks to Edwin, I can now easily conduct virtual trainings in 40+ languages. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Sam is a good man and a Consummate Professional. I called him when he was working at home because of The Covid & told him my issue and asked about a diagnostic. He said just bring the computer over...no charge to check it out. I never did bring it to him...just suffered the annoyances it was giving me. A few weeks later after HP Support could not resolve my new problem, I brought it to Sam at his shop. Andy met me and brought me inside. Ryan wound up working on the computer. Both fine young men.
