Adam was super great - my MacBook Pro had battery issue - he had the parts and was able to do the repair in a bit over 1 hour - very knowledgeable, professional and caring to customers- I was so lucky to have been given his contact and to have my issue resolved - thank you Adam - I wish you more success for your business and I deeply appreciate how you looked after me - god bless !
Adam is a GENIUS. I took my beloved Das Keyboard to him because Geek Squad basically told me to take a hike, and he got surgical on the space bar and fixed it! There was literally a part of it that was broken off and he glued it back where it needed to be and it's working flawlessly. Thanks, Adam!
I LOVE ADAM'S APPLE. Since I have an older Mac, it requires discontinued parts and lots of TLC. Adam and his staff are so knowledgable and very quick to address any issue my old workhorse might have (new third party batteries, a dead screen) and the turnaround time is so fast that it's worth the trip to Burbank (from WEHO). Keep Adam on speeddial! He's the IT king!
