Joseph is great. I had a difficult process because I was using my laptop as a desktop and the screen kept going black. We initially thought it was the monitor so Joseph reset the monitor and that seemed to work well for a short time. I contacted him a day later and he came back and diagnosed the problem as a faulty hub.. I would use Joseph again and I recommend him
