“It's nice that shops like this still exist in today's disposable world fixing things that will last a good 20 or more years instead of throwing stuff away and creating landfill<br><br>My old Epson Artisan 725 gave me the warning that the printer pads needed to be replaced. Being a 16 year old printer (which has printed over 15,000 documents and photos), the OEM parts were not even available and I wasn't in the market for replacing the printer since outside of the pads, the printer worked great. Howard clearly broke down what needed to be done regarding rebuilding the maintenance tank to get the printer running again, gave a fair price and a quick repair turnaround.<br><br>I'd highly recommend Howard and his 5 star shop for future repairs.”

“Life saver!! Ok, so my laptop wouldn't turn on... out of the blue. I took it to GeekSquad and they had no idea what it could be, but said a proper repair shop would have to look at it and determine if it was worth saving... I googled and came across Allen here on Google with all the good reviews... I called and within a minute he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I brought it over to him (fyi, he is no longer located in Van Nuys but in Woodland Hills; he did offer to pick it up, which I declined because that seems like too much for him to have to do) and 2 hrs and $40 later I had my working computer back!
