Julio is really fantastic! We had an insane experience in house we rented after just a few nights here. Came down from shower and downstairs flooding from unused toilet...absolutely horrible. Filthy water pouring out of toilet into living room, kitchen, laundry area...I've never seen that happen! Found Julio while frantically trying to mop up water. He directed me how to find water shut off for house as shut off under toilet wasn't stopping flow...he got here quickly and did a VERY thorough examination of whole situation...bad pipes, big clog in line far from toilet...had camera ready and used to see into lines. Julio was recommended to me by a neighbor who was very satisfied with his work on some recent plumbing issues. Julio is honest, professional, and attentive. He answered my call immediately and walked through diagnostic steps to help me figure out the root cause of my issue. He even had flexibility to squeeze me in last minute on a Friday morning. Before calling him, I spoke with many other plumbers who didn't take the time to listen to me and couldn't give me a quote over the phone. If you want a trustworthy, respectful and reasonable plumber, look no further! You will not regret it.
I am very impressed with Local Plumbers and its owner Julio for squeezing me in last minute for the day to install a new toilet in my bathroom. Julio even went out of his way to purchase and pick up the new toilet i want from home depot and all the other accessories needed. Not only is he knowledgeable and a professional expert, he is also very polite and the nicest gentleman. His customer service is impeccable, and he did a very clean and fine job installing the new toilet in just almost an hour. I highly recommend Local Plumbers especially the professional service provided by the owner, Julio. Thank you again!
