Tri-Cities Best Heating and Air is a professional, family-owned business serving the community since 1989. They offer great pricing and have a friendly staff. Customers are pleased with their work and recommend them to everyone. The team did an amazing job installing new systems, including a mini split, with professional and respectful service. Technicians explained the completed work and showed before and after pictures, impressing customers with their professionalism. Clients are very satisfied and don't regret choosing them, noting the team is professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase, delivery, and install. The result is an energy efficient heating and air system, and customers personally recommend giving them a call.
The guys at Tri Cities Best are my heroes. In June, a different company (American Air Conditioning and Heating, who’d been servicing my air conditioner for about 5 years) gave me a high pressure sales pitch to replace my old, yet still functional, unit for a newer system, promising me up to 60% energy savings if I bought the most expensive unit. Their “new” system was only a 13 SEER Xenon, a brand no one has ever heard of, and it was so old the 13 SEER sticker on the side of it was promoting it as an advancement over a 10 SEER, neither of which are acceptable any more. Furthermore, they left the line set to run across the top of my roof for about 50 feet, so there was no way this thing was going to do anything except cost me more to run than my old system. When I called and complained, they lied to me and gave me the run around. After three months of getting nowhere, I called other contractors because I needed some straight, honest answers about my situation, and I was lucky enough to talk to Tri Cities. Daniel took the time to educate me about all things heating and cooling, and he patiently answered all my questions. He looked at the current system and readily diagnosed why I was getting such lousy cooling results and why it was costing me so much to run, and he came up with a brilliant solution and explained why it would solve my current problems. Because of everything I learned from him, I was able to insist on a full refund from American. When Tri Cities came out to remove the old system and install the new unit in just one day, Abe and Alex apprised me of what was happening at intervals, and even when I wasn’t sure how they could still be standing after all the hard work and effort they had put in at the end of that very long day, they were still amazingly polite and professional, and they left my place spotless. Unlike other companies, the guys at Tri Cities who come out and give estimates for the work to be done at your home aren’t salesmen and don’t get commissions, so they give honest appraisals of what it is going to take to fix your problem. Calling them was one of the best things I’ve ever done, and I’m so glad I did. The new system is fabulous.
