“JC and LeadingEdge has helped so many of my clients with their plumbing and sewer scope needs. They’re reliable, quick to respond, communicative, and helped explain all options for my clients to be best taken care of. Great team and great work!!”
“David M. and his crew arrived promptly after we called Rooter Man Plumbing and immediately began providing exceptional service in our home. David identified several areas of concern and clearly explained all available options, helping us choose the services that best suited our needs.
David went above and beyond by making himself available around the clock, including coming to our home on his day off and working on Sunday. He and his crew handled every repair and replacement expertly, completing each job correctly the first time.
David is a top-notch plumber—knowledgeable, professional, responsible, and dedicated to his clients. He consistently worked to keep us comfortable and walked us through each step of the process. Rooter Man also offered interest-free financing—thank you, Johnny—and provided a written 30-year guarantee, giving us complete confidence in the work.”
“Most customer service oriented plumber I’ve ever worked with. Responsive, fast, and going above and beyond to not only fix your problem but help prevent it. Highly recommend!”
