Based on the provided reviews, Restore Tactics Inc. is a great company that is very professional and knowledgeable. The entire team are GREAT COMMUNICATORS, and everyone is so very kind. They are prompt with in-person appointments and call-back phone calls. The team is very attentive to details and has great communication when describing in simple terms the steps needed. The crew members did an amazing, excellent job, giving 100% in their quality of work. They have taken care of multiple issues, including plumbing issues with toilets backing up and re-grouting in bathrooms and a kitchen. The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates. One reviewer had a water leak and the service technician came the same day and stopped the leak. They were highly impressed with the professionalism. Multiple reviewers have been using them for years, finding them reliable with reasonable rates. They are good people, and reviewers highly recommend this company.
I don’t usually write reviews, but the Restore Tactics team, owned by James Duran, truly went above and beyond to solve a stressful and serious issue with our main sewer line. It started with the sounds of gurgling toilets and led to a nightmarish discovery of a severe root infiltration from our front yard tree. After another plumbing company initially started the job, my friend recommended James and his crew. From the beginning, the customer service was outstanding. James dropped by to investigate the problem and assured us they could fix it for a price within our already stretched budget.

First and foremost the entire team are GREAT COMMUNICATORS!!! I am unfortunately one of the thousands of residents that have been affected by these devastating Jan 2025 LA winds and wildfires. We are so happy we found Restore Tactics because they have taken care of multiple issues in our home. We have been having some plumbing issues with toilets backing up. And we needed re-grouting in our bathrooms & kitchen. We had a great experience working with Robert to get this done. They sent over Eric & Luis to do Hydro-jetting & they were great!! We then had Oscar do the grout work. It came out beautiful!! The price was very reasonable compared to other estimates we got. Thank you guys very much!!
