Sylmar Roofing Installations

12737 Glenoaks Boulevard, Sylmar

Mon 5AM - 10PM

“My husband and I had our roof replaced a while ago, and the old contractor did a poor job that led to repeated service calls and eventually a leak through the ceiling during a strong rainstorm in Sylmar. After dealing with that frustration, we contacted Sylmar Roofing Installations and were impressed from beginning to end. The staff was polite, helpful, and easy to work with, and Jared arrived ready to find the real source of the roofing problem instead of just doing a quick patch. He immediately checked the attic, which the previous roofer never even looked at, and that made a big difference. Within a short time, the repair was completed at no charge, and everything was explained clearly in simple terms. It was obvious they understood roof leak repair, attic inspection, and proper troubleshooting. The whole experience felt honest, professional, and efficient, and it gave us real confidence that the roof was finally handled the right way. This is exactly how a dependable roofing company should operate, and we plan to use them for any future roofing work.”

Owen & Sons Roofing

14117 Hubbard Street Suite 475, Sylmar

“i reached out to Owen & Sons Roofing on tuesday night after a roof leak started in my living room from damaged shingles and built-up moisture around the roof edge. They came out the next day for a free estimate and emailed it over that same night. when i called to set up the work, the first opening was not until the following week, but i booked it anyway. Soon after, i got an email saying Brayden had kept an emergency opening available to help prevent more ceiling damage. They arrived quickly, covered my glass door for protection, and safely removed several large hanging ice chunks from the front roofline. The leak stopped before they even finished the job. tracy and the crew were fast, professional, and easy to work with. They also gave me the option to only repair and clear the damaged section of the roof, which helped save money, and they moved my appointment up because the active leak could have caused more interior damage. We are very happy with the service and plan to call again when we do the full roof and attic insulation work in Sylmar.”

Superior Roof Solutions

12087 Lopez Canyon Road Ste 141, Sylmar

“My house has a flat area on the 2nd floor above my stairway landing and had been leaking and repaired twice by different company within past 7 years. It kept leaking because the slope to the drain pipe is not right so water ponding and caused leak. I am SO HAPPY I found Superior Roof Solutions around June of 2022. They redid the whole flat area by installing a metal cricket to correct the slope problem and direct water to the drain pipe. With all the rain we got in 2023 and 2024, I have not seen any leak. I felt that I owe them a true review. Their price is not the cheapest, but their work is the best. However, it's worthy because I can relax on any raining days. They provided me 20 years labor and material warranty. Most roofing company do NOT provide any warranty for repairs. That tells you the quality and confidence of their work.”
