“I have known Alex for several years. He helped me with my last dog. I was just exasperated with Ben. He chewed up my furniture twice and was just a wild child! After taking Ben home to work with him he came back a changed dog. Most recently, Alex took my little Frenchie pup into his Board and Train program. The vet was compassionate and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. The next day I received a follow up email first thing in the morning asking how he was doing. “I was lucky enough to cross paths with Bryndon while looking for a trainer for my 5 month old puppy Keera . Bryndon was quick to respond back to my message and we liked him immediately. He was punctual, kind , honest , and upfront about how he works . We signed up for the one on one package. We were having issues with jumping on people when they came to the house , chewing and pulling on the leash and walking like a total Karen. She had no recall and wasn't listening . With some time , effort and patience, Bryndon helped us alleviated those issues . Note : this is not a Bryndon does everything and your dog is immediately cured of bad behavior. Just like most things in life ... what you put in ... is what you will get out of it. Keera no longer jumps on people , she has great recall and we are almost to the point of walking off leash at 9 months . You won't be sorry if you sign up !“

I have two Boston's who were miserable from allergies and were scratching like crazy each one received a shot and within 2 days like a miracle both have completely stopped scratching. “My dog Dexter loves going to crossroads pet resort!! The. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The ladies in the front are always very friendly. I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy for day care a few times a month. We have used their overnight boarding service when going on vacation twice and both times we have had no issues. Dexter seemed very happy while he was there.They also have a grooming service on site so you if you need that service it is available. I am very happy with the customer service we have received from Cross Roads, pet resort .“

“The staff was awesome. Very friendly. I called requesting pain medication for my dog after my visit on 12/22. I saw Dr. Meina on 12/27 who examine Willie (dog) and he provided him with two injections and meds to take home along with his diagnosis. He was very thorough and showed compassion. Willie is doing better and we have a follow-up appt. in a week. I appreciated the time he took to make sure Willie would be comfortable after he returned home. My earlier comments of Dr. Wisa was edited due to sometimes an interaction between Dr. and pet owner falls short when the owner is cut out of the decision making. I personally appreciate the Dr's opinion but not when information is withheld from me no matter what the reason and my decision to make is removed. Thank you.“
