“I was very pleased with the service and care we received. I thought my cat had a broken leg but was calmed right away by the doctor. I brought her back in a couple days later for something else. He ask a lot of questions then explained things to me that he was concerned about with my cat. I received two follow-up calls from the doc inquiring status of my cat. This is not something I am used to. Highly recommend this clinic. Only downside was, they work by appointment only so I couldn't just walk in and wait for an opening. They were very accommodating in setting up an appointment though.”

For the exam, Dr. Lam was very thorough and answered all the questions and concerns we had. Our dog Roxie has been seen by tons of vets over the years but he was the first to notice the health issues that were so apparent after he explained them to us. We've taken all of our dogs here since and even after moving an hour away, we make the trip to see Doctor Ash. He is the only vet I know that truly cares for your pets well being and is realistic and reasonable with treatment options. He was patient with our dogs who were terrified of vets, understood their body language and how to approach. And with my dog who has no fear of the vet, he gets right to it and still treats my boy with respect. We will never go to another vet again! ?❤️”

“We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google.<br><br>They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, and clearly explained the situation and treatment options. Because the stone was too large to pass naturally, surgery was recommended. They walked us through the procedure, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled surgery for the very next day.<br><br>The entire visit took about 3 hours, and we felt our dog was in very good hands the whole time. She is now on the road to recovery, and we’re so grateful for the care she received. We also appreciate that this hospital is closer to home — we’ve definitely found our new vet.<br><br>Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of our girl. ?”
