I have known Alex for several years. He helped me with my last dog. I was just exasperated with Ben. He chewed up my furniture twice and was just a wild child! After taking Ben home to work with him he came back a changed dog. Most recently, Alex took my little Frenchie pup into his Board and Train program. He has a way of working with dogs using positive reinforcement and love. He also gives the owner the tools they need to continue the training at home. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex and the Dogfather Institute for all your training needs! Whether you have a problem dog, or just want your dog to learn some manners, Alex is your guy. I don't mean to sound like a commercial,...read full review

If you are looking for a dog trainer that trains with love, patience and positive reinforcement, Alex is the trainer for you. My husband and I were looking for a dog trainer for our Aussiedoodle 6-month-old named Frida. Alex was highly recommended by one of our neighborhood friends that went through his board and training program. We signed up Frida for his 2-week board and training and did not regret it. Worth every penny! Alex is extremely knowledgeable and is not only great with dogs, but he's also great with humans. He taught us so much throughout the entire process and gave us the tools to successfully carry on all the training Frida learned in those 2 weeks. We...read full review
