“Briana is hands down the BEST sitter EVER !!!!! I’m very picky on who takes care of my fur babies but Briana is very attentive to them. She constantly sends updates whether it’s a txt, pictures, or videos of them. She makes me feel comfortable having my dogs there. Briana was our first choice and let’s just say she has been the only one to ever watch them. This was the best decision we have made when it comes to our dogs. I recently had a family emergency and of course Briana saved the day for us. She truly has the best soul and is an overall GREAT person. We are very grateful for her taking great care of our dogs and they absolutely love her.”

“Our sweet 16-year-old terrier mix was rapidly declining, and we knew we had to make an incredibly difficult decision. Dr. An was absolutely the kindest person we could have imagined to guide us through this heartbreaking moment. With empathy, patience, and genuine compassion, he helped us say goodbye with love and dignity. He truly was our angel during one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make. Thank you, Dr. An and the entire Staff.”

“People here are friendly and the classes are very good. I actually think the pricing is fair when compared to other trainers. I love this place because they teach positive reinforcement which was oddly hard to find. The only complaint I have is that your dog needs to pass obedience and advanced obedience classes prior to being enrolled into the other, fun, classes such as playground and agility. Due to this, they need to offer more of these required classes during times that are appropriate, not at 10am on a Tuesday. Due to the small amount of classes like this offered at a reasonable time, there is always a fight to get in unless you book weeks, if not a full month ahead. This is my biggest complaint. Other than that, the trainers and staff and nice and the classes are informative. I would recommend this place.”

“Beautiful souls attend this facility. Every single one of the vet techs and vets have shown compassion and empathy for my Pomeranian babies. They're prices are reasonable and they accommodate to my hectic schedule. They treated my baby like if they were theirs. I will continue to bring my babies here. Rest assure that they also need rest and will be closed for the holidays season. However, they provide alternative emergency facilities while they are closed.”

“I found Sit Means Sit LB via the positive reviews and couldn’t be happier with the results, so wanted to do the same for someone else looking for a dog training program. We enrolled our 5 year old Morkie, Bella, who struggled with being overprotective and hyper possessive (or “resource guarding”) with her dad/my husband. After we had a baby, the aggressive/reactive behavior intensified. And after a few close-call incidents with other people and dogs, we decided that it was time to get professional training. I researched several different local programs and Sit Means Sit LB immediately stood out with great reviews. I also liked that it was one of the few day-training programs because I didn’t want to send Bella away for 2-6 weeks to a board and train program.

Right from the initial evaluation with owner, Lisa-Marie, I knew we had found our solution and signed up for the training program on the spot. At the initial evaluation meeting, Lisa-Marie took the time to get to know Bella, us as owners and the specific concerns that we had regarding Bella’s behavior. She then explained the program in detail, including how training would be customized to address our specific concerns (including with our new baby) and gave us a hands-on demonstration of how the e-collar works/feels. The program was around $3,000, which was at the top of our budget, but it has definitely been worth the investment and they also offer flexible payment schedules/financing which helped.

We started seeing results after the second session, which is when you take home the e-collar. With each session, they sent us videos of Bella with training demonstrations and progress updates, which has been super helpful. I also loved that they had a welcome sign for with our pup’s name for each day of training (nice touch!). They also customized training to address specific situations involving the baby (e.g., stroller walks). After completing the 4 private sessions, Bella is a completely different dog and we look forward to continuing her training in group classes.

Overall, we are SO happy we found Sit Means Sit! Special shout out to both Lisa-Marie and Candace (trainer) — they worked wonders with our Bella! Thank you!!”

“Jeff loves it here. I've tried taking him to Daycare before and he always ended up overstimulated and not playing in a corner, or by the second visit he wouldn't even want to enter the building. But he has no problem here. He always notices when we've arrived and knows to go to the front door. I've had no problem with dropping him off and he seems very happy in the pictures they send (:”

“Pawsitive K9 Solutions LLC provided exceptional service and were instrumental in helping Sadie get the foundation she needs to become my service dog. I also really liked their update videos and their trainers all looked like they were enjoying her. Highly recommend!

My only concern was that I did not expect her to come home in an e-collar. I wasn't aware that was part of her plan and have appreciated being asked or explained that ahead of time.”

“PetSmart has become my go to grooming location for my Coco which is why I recommended my roommate to take her fur baby to them. The staff is always super friendly and nice to my dog which is awesome because he does get a little nervous every time he goes for his pamper time. I love how they leave his little face looking all the time and I can tell they are very gentle with him. Today we took Bella for her first puppy trimming and they left her super fluffy and smelling amazing! Thank you Nataly for making our fur babies look so cute. I'm sure you can tell in their face they're happy pup customers”

“Opps! Walked in a about 15 mins before they were open, not realizing it at the time. Jonathan greeted me as I passed him. Grabbed what I needed and headed to the register. That's when I thought "Umm, did I dip in too early?" The answer was "Yes!" But Jonathan met me at the register. I apologized and he said "No problem!" and proceeded to help me out! Thanks!”

“I want to share my experience as a Deaf POC, since many of the reviews I saw before coming here felt very critical of the staff. Personally, I had a good experience. Some reviews seemed more like “policing” the employees’ actions or attitudes, but from what I’ve seen, many of the problems actually come from pet owners. For example, I’ve witnessed owners dragging their dogs by the leash — that’s not on the employees.

When I brought in my 3–4 month old kitten for an exam, the staff treated me well. The vet I saw (a male doctor) was kind and respectful. The price was on the higher side, but honestly reasonable compared to other vet clinics.

I was initially worried because of the reviews, but I decided to call ahead and let them know I’m Deaf. They worked with me on communication, and that made a big difference. This clinic is close to my home, and I hope to build a good relationship with them over time. If not, I know I can always find another vet — but for now, I feel good about choosing this place.”
