The hotel staff appear to genuinely care for the residents. They are patient, engaging and responsive to your pets needs. The hotel is sanitized and they adhere to Covid protocols.One a the great perks is that the pets get to attend "Doggy Daycare" ( If neutered/spayed and are fully vaccinated). The hotel also provides premium food, or you can bring your own. Additionally, there is an animal hospital in conjunction with the hotel.The Petsmart Hotel is my go to when traveling and my baby can't accompany me!
Left our dogs there for a week. I took them for play day for 4 hrs for a week before we left so they would get use to it. When you leave they have a camera where you can watch them from where you are. In their room or the play area. It was hard to leave them but they were treated very well while we're gone.
