Grooming by Crossroads Pet resort

My dog Dexter loves going to crossroads pet resort!! The. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The ladies in the front are always very friendly. I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy for day care a few times a month. We have used their overnight boarding service when going on vacation twice and both times we have had no issues. Dexter seemed very happy while he was there.They also have a grooming service on site so you if you need that service it is available. I am very happy with the customer service we have received from Cross Roads, pet resort .

My Gizmo loves coming here! We bring our dog quite often and each time I know he enjoys his stay. We usually board Gizmo and there is never an issue getting a reservation. Staff are all very kind and they all know Gizmo! We don't usually get anything extra like walks or bully sticks. I know Gizmo is playing with his friends all day so I don't find it necessary. Drop off is Monday through Saturday. No Sundays. Pick up is before 10 am but you can leave your dog for daycare at a discounted rate. They have grooming service as well so after an X amount of days they recommend your dog get a bath. Overall, I recommend Crossroads. I'm so happy with the Daycare and Training program that Crossroads Pet Resort has. I have a large German Shepard Dog that's basically very attached to just family members - she's not really friendly with other people. She's come a long way since she's started her training. She's been working with Dan, who's been introducing her to lots of different people at Crossroads. Dan really knows animal psychology, he gave me papers to read so I would understand how to introduce my dog to other people and how to get you her to accept or be more comfortable around people.
