She was kind, professional, patient and hardworking to make sure we were all out of there quickly as possible. Our family is indebted to her because not only did she help us but she made everything seem like it was going to be okay. Another mom of 3 walked in the door at 9pm while we were there and instead of saying sorry we can’t help you, she called her employee to come back into work to look after her too!
