Referring by a friend, AC tech, William and his assistant, Eduardo, came out to repaire my AC. The office communicated with me efficiently and letting me know William is on his way. William is very professional, on time to my house, and repaired my AC in a timely manner. Pricing is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend the services providing by Empire.
Empire for the WIN. Attic was completely swept and sealed. New insulation added as well as AC Tune Up and Tankless Service. Roberto, Marco, Edwin, Mario, William, Darcy , and Donnie all provided exemplary service and I was very pleased with the entire project. Price & Service 👏👍
What a great experience. My HVAC need to be replaced. Empire was recommended by a friend. But I also got 4 other quotes. Empire's Keith was amazing. He was honest, explains the status, outline options. While most companies push to replace condenser and furnace with hard tactics, Keith gave options with his honest assessment. Furnace last longer than condensers - installed and maintained well. We always maintained and it was installed 13 yrs ago.
