My condensing unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year this summer so I called Empire for service. They responded by scheduling service first thing the next morning and Keith was right on time. He checked it out and told me my capacitor was bad and replaced it with a new working one he had with him. He was very honest and clear about my furnace and CU setup and told me he could upgrade my system to the latest version since my setup was well over 15 years old. Since I already had my funding for an ongoing project I couldn't commit to changing out my HVAC system at this time but will definitely call Keith back here when I'm ready to get it done.… read full review

I am very pleased with the service I received from Empire. Had my home’s central air conditioning system replaced this month. Received a very competitive bid and had the system installed within a week. Took less than a day for the install. Had some concerns about the inside noise which was promptly corrected by Brian by making adjustments to the blower speed. I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend Empire.

Very reasonable price. I felt like they gave me a fair quote unlike other AC places I had called. They also did not try to upsell me or replace things that did not need to be replaced. They responded quickly to my calls. Professional and nice-from Keith who gave me the quote to Robert who did the installation. we had a small issue after the install, but they sent someone out immediately to fix the issue.I would definitely recommend them and actually have already!
