Two words: reliable and genuine. That's what I look for in a plumber! He's helped us with our new home to clean out the sewage clog, fixing leakage in the kitchen, and just now he made an extra stop to my office just to check on my toilet issue at a short notice. He is sure a busy man but the way he cares and goes the extra mile is why I need to write this review right away. Great value of service from a trustworthy and reliable guy & his team
Woke up Saturday to a wet spot spreading across the hallway carpet and absolutely panicked. Called Fanta and they talked me through shutting the main off, and had a tech at the house within 90 minutes. Turned out to be a slab leak under the dining room. They couldn't repair through the slab without tearing up tile so they rerouted the line through the attic instead. Water was back on Sunday afternoon. Final price was actually a few hundred less than the initial estimate because the reroute went smoother than expected. Honest people doing honest work.
Rob was very upfront and honest and provided excellent service! He redid my main stage line and thoroughly explained the process and was very communicative throughout the way. 10/10 I would highly recommend to anyone with ANY plumbing needs!
