“Anderson Reconstruction remodeled two bathrooms, the master and a hallway bath. Both were the originals from 1980. We met with Shannon who reviewed with us what we envisioned for our baths and the costs involved which included converting both tubs to showers. Shannon and Greg Anderson, the owner, guided us through the remodel process giving us some great ideas and suggestions. We now have two beautiful bathrooms and new linen closets. We are ready to have our downstairs bathroom remodeled.
From the beginning, Greg, Shannon and Laura and their team (Justin, Albert, Fino, Jose and Gustavo) were great. They arrived as scheduled, worked diligently and left the construction areas in order every day. They were very respectful of our home. Jose and Ed, the owners, are professional and run a good operation. Their workers, who are all employees – no subcontractors, showed up on time every day and did quality work. The support staff is also very professional and provided detailed spreadsheet of the different phases and costs involved in the work. They warranty their work and a very good about addressing any issues that might come up.

“We were referred to John Petti at Accurate Builders & Repair by our realtor when we bought our house 4 years ago. We were finally ready to embark on a kitchen renovation Fall 2019 and he was one of the contractors we sought out for a bid. After meeting with him and getting his estimate, we decided that he was the best fit for our needs. His price was fair and we liked his personality. We picked correctly! “I contacted Liu Landscape after running into some difficulty with my sideyard and backyard renovation. Crystal quickly scheduled a site visit, and I could tell right away she was very knowledgeable about planning and permitting for my city. This was of utmost importance to me since I had to fire my prior contractor for reneging on promised permits. I requested a 3D design (hardscaping, outdoor kitchen, turf, outdoor tile) and was able to find a lot of inspiration from the company's own website. Crystal delivered the initial design and requested revisions within a couple of days. I really loved the modern design, and we requested a quote for construction as well. Ultimately, I did not pursue construction with Liu Landscape, but this was mostly due to personal budgetary constraints. Her quote was actually very competitive (compared to 5+ other bids). Over several months, Crystal remained willing to correspond with and help me with my project. She even provided a 2D layout upon request. Regarding her communication style, Crystal is quite matter-of-fact over text and e-mails and warm during in-person meetings. It was a very difficult decision to not work with Liu Landscape, because I really loved the design and plan. As mentioned above, I cannot comment specifically on construction, but had positive experiences with communication and design/planning services.“

“The condominium property I viewed is called The Del Mar, built by Giantech construction. I was given an in-depth tour of the property starting on the first level of the property showing me the common areas, dog walk (on the side of the property), clubhouse, well-equipped gym, first-rate gas barbeques and pool. The sub-terranean garage is huge with 140 spaces for the 55 condominiums including 6 charging stations with pre-wiring for more if needed. The condominium unit itself was modern with clean lines and the best of the best appliances (Wolf stove and oven, Subzero refrigerator) and top-quality fixtures all tucked into stunning European cabinetry. The interior doors were heavy and solid, the windows were European, dual paned styled windows that open on two different axis, and there was hard wood flooring throughout. All the interiors were standard with the units, designed by the builder. I asked the agent who gave me the tour about the history of the complex and if there were any problems reported. She was very forthcoming and said that several of the units had some water damage with the unusual amount of rain we had this past winter. Apparently, the terrace drainage was designed for normal \“
