What can't I say, CTS promptly came out to access our home and gave us a fair quote, along with a timeline of completion. I have hardwood floors on a raised foundation leading to a den on slab foundation. CTS, first leveled our den floor, which provided a level surface and created a seamless transition to both rooms. As a result, the tile was beautifully layed with zero lippage. To make things even better CTS, meticulously mixed the color variations of my tile. I couldn't be more pleased. Exceptional job!

Small master bathroom. Cesar got us on the schedule fast, knowing we had only 1 bathroom. He & his Dad did the demo & tile setting in one day. Came back next day, grouted & set the toilet & put new baseboards. Great job!

Creative Tile Services just completed a bathroom remodel for us and we couldn't be more pleased. Cesar and his father Roberto are absolutely perfectionists with their work and are like artists with how they install tile. Our bathroom was essentially the exact same since 1977 when the home was built so there were plenty of challenges for them. Cesar went above anything we asked and solved every problem for us. This was the first time I've ever had a remodel done so Cesar was also kind enough to direct me where to go for tile, and options on a vanity since our small stairwell didn't allow for a prebuilt one to be carried up and into the bathroom.I would recommend Creative...read full review
