I'd had some bad experiences with other companies flaking on estimates or just not getting back to me at all. Luis reached out the same day I sent him a message, and came out the next day for an estimate. He was prompt, friendly, and paid close attention to detail, pointing out things the other 2 guys I'd met with skipped over. He explained the process including prep, what paint to use, and how long it would take. I knew he would do an excellent job and felt very confident going with him. His price was competitive, he worked with my schedule (and around all my pets, which can be challenging), and his team did a fantastic job. His crew was always early, considerate, meticulous about protecting furniture and floors, and cleaned up at the end of each day.
