“The condominium property I viewed is called The Del Mar, built by Giantech construction. I was given an in-depth tour of the property starting on the first level of the property showing me the common areas, dog walk (on the side of the property), clubhouse, well-equipped gym, first-rate gas barbeques and pool. The sub-terranean garage is huge with 140 spaces for the 55 condominiums including 6 charging stations with pre-wiring for more if needed. The condominium unit itself was modern with clean lines and the best of the best appliances (Wolf stove and oven, Subzero refrigerator) and top-quality fixtures all tucked into stunning European cabinetry. The interior doors were heavy and solid, the windows were European, dual paned styled windows that open on two different axis, and there was hard wood flooring throughout. All the interiors were standard with the units, designed by the builder. I asked the agent who gave me the tour about the history of the complex and if there were any problems reported. “Paul did a beautiful job on our custom maple wainscoting and bar work at Bohemia. This was not a basic install. The project involved a lot of layout decisions, uneven floor conditions, outlet coordination, panel proportions, cap details, and making sure everything would work both visually and practically in a commercial space. Paul was thoughtful throughout the process and clearly knows finish carpentry.

What I appreciated most was that he did not just rush through it. He took the time to think through the details, explain options, and flag things that could affect the final result before cutting into the material. He was especially careful with the panel layout, wood movement, grain direction, and how the base and trim should be handled so the finished product would both look right and hold up well over time.

The wainscoting came out really elegant and clean, and the craftsmanship is obvious in person. It gave the space warmth and character immediately. The bar work also came out great and tied in nicely with the rest of the room. Paul cares about the end result and it shows.
