After many attempts to contact them to schedule an appointment over the past month and a half, they never called or emailed back. If they cannot handle that simple customer service, would you trust them for medical work?

Yep, have to agree with so many other contributors here; worst-run medical office I know of. I like my doctor - Harry Neuwirth - but oh, that front desk! I had an appointment scheduled for my yearly check-up. Five days in advance I called to remind them that no one there had put in the order for my pre-appointment PSA test . They then sent me a phone message that my appointment would have to be re-scheduled. From then on I could never get an answer or any help or a call-back from them. When I called I got put on interminable hold. A recorded message invited me to leave my number, but they never called back. I received the best car ever. These doctors were the sweetest my and made me a priority to make me feel comfortable. The nurse Kristine went so above and beyond I could not thank her even. Even tho she was overwhelmed since they were under staffed ! Thank you Kristine I wish you the best of lucky your one hell of a RN
