There are some shining star docs and midwives here, but as a cautionary note: if you are changing over to this practice for birth/labor care they may not be able to match you with one care provider. I met nearly all the doctors and several midwives and while there were many I liked none of them were at my birth. And even my midwife at Marin General switched after 12 hours (which is fine), but I received more continuity of care from the hospital. It was like going through the birth process with a total stranger. I expected more from them after they had been highly recommended.

I have not had the best experiences with my visits here. Nothing worse than sitting undressed ready for the stirrups but to be kept waiting for 40 mins and no-one checks in to let you know what's going on or why the delay. On another occasion, the doctor I saw checked her cell phone every 30 seconds at one point during our conversation. Yes, I know they were on-call for the hospital but doesn't mean the spouse should be texting the same number interrupting us continually. Give your doctors a separate phone for the love of ....when they are on-call. I think they know their stuff but it just doesn't seem very thoughtful to patients.

I absolutely LOVE this practice! I live 40 mins away but the drive is totally worth it. I saw many different doctors/midwives during my pregnancy including Dr. Segev, Dr. Voss, Dr. Boero, Dr. Jaeger, Dr. Demuth and Mary Newberry and every one of them is WONDERFUL! And the nurses/front desk staff couldn’t be sweeter or more helpful! I am so happy I chose them to deliver my first baby!!
