“Michael and his team are true experts and very experienced. They are also pleasant to work with, polite and considerate. One massive differentiation that I noticed was that they went down in the crawl space and sprayed there which is where ants tend to come up into the house. They also sprayed the outside. Further, they did a light odorless "bate" type spray on the inside along all of the base boards so that any remaining ants would take the bate and go back to the nest thus wiping out the rest. Grateful for their help. 5 stars.“

Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and personable: from the person who scheduled our WDO inspection, to Tom our technician who called to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier in the day, to the nice office coordinator who let us know our house key wasn't in the lockbox, back to Tom who was incredibly gracious when we let him know our realtor had changed the lockbox that morning and were sending someone to get him the key. “J&M termite are amazing. I wanted a second opinion on a termite inspection for a house I was buying. The inspector, Louis, did a very thorough job. When J&M's report turned up a lot of work the first report hadn't, Louis talked me through the report and the findings on the phone, answering all my questions. Because of the second report, I was able to negotiate and make sure the sellers covered the cost of the required Section 1 work. I also had J&M do most of the work -- the house was tented for termites and beetles, and then a substantial amount of framing was replaced (the total pest report was around $14k). The work was performed by Robert and his colleague. Robert was also excellent: a few places the work was less than expected so he updated the quote, and finished half a day earlier. Robert also talked me through when most of the underlying issues are coming from, which is really helpful as I get quotes to fix the roof for the underlying source of leaks. Robert also signed off on some of the work that another contractor (that the seller had organized) was doing that J&M couldn't do themselves, and again was extremely thorough, catching work that would have been subpar and working with the contractor to make sure their work was up to standard. Having a termite infestation in a new house is scary and unpleasant, but J&M resolved it painlessly. I highly recommend this firm, and while I hope I won't need their services again, I would not hesitate to use them if I do.Services: Termite extermination“

“Jordan came to provide a very detailed quote and explanations for the job at no charge. After we signed up for the job, Jesus and the crew came with a truck that had a long tube to suck out the old insulation, installed new insulation, blocked openings that the rodents could enter the attic through, and set mouse traps. They put coverings on the floor, stairways, and walls to protect the house interior. Ricardo came for the follow up visit and removed a mouse that was caught by one of the traps.“

“I contacted a few fumigation companies. Many owners are like salesmen - sounded good but not sincere. I find Justin, the owner of Costless, down-to-earth and straight forward. The office is also very communicative. Both put into extra effort and material to accommodate my special concerns.

One foreman was respectful and cooperative. The other foreman needed a better attitude. The crew also needed to be more careful with my plants.

If you are new to fumigation, bear in mind these companies have multiple jobs per day, which means they have limited amount of time for your job. So prepare your property accordingly.

My utility closet door was damaged after fumigation, and Justin came right away to fix it. All in all, I like the management of Costless, because of their willingness to go extra miles to do a good job.“

“We had an ant infestation, and Pacific Pest Management came to the rescue. It was easy to make an appointment. Alan took great care of us spraying the inside that would quickly dry before our pets had to be back home and he sprayed all the outside. Was impressed too that he offered to fill some of the areas with a sealant too. He followed up the next day to see if we saw any more ants, which we didn't. Strongly recommend them for their service.“

“These guys came to our house and did such a great job on patching all the holes at our house and attic for rodents. Our community has been plagued by rodent for a long time and I often heard rodents running inside my attic. After they patched the holes and laid the traps and the noises are gone. There is no more rodents in the house! They are also very responsive and responsible for our call. We used to call terminix but they ended up sending signature home here anyway. Why need the middleman when you can call these guys directly instead?“
