I had an extremely wily rat in my garage, and they used cameras to understand its behavior, determine how it was getting in and out, seal all potential entry points, and eventually trap it after nearly a month of attention and site visits. I hope I won't need their service again any time soon, but if I do, I would gladly call them back.“
