We have been a customer for over 10 years. Our lawn was recently overrun with a red spotted Beatle. We called Orkin and later that same day Orkin came out and sprayed. A week later we were over run again with the Beatles. Orkin returned and this time a specialist came out to assess the situation and recommended a different treatment. The next day he returned and resolved the problem. Professional, polite and Responsive. We will continue to be a happy and loyal customer.
We had annoying bug bites from an unknown source.Making appointment on the phone was easy. Orkin pro Luis Ramirez arrived on time. He took his time and did a detailed inspection of our bedrooms, going through his checklists slowly and patiently. He identified the source to be mites & treated the place. Since I opted for Orkin service, inspection was free. With Orkin, price is very reasonable, service is reliable & fast, you really get value for money. Highly recommend!
Eliseo is a master of his craft, and took the time to explain how everything worked, help me look for areas where ants could be getting in the house (we found 2 places I hadn’t seen earlier!), and treated everything so that I no longer have a problem! He also gave some tips as far as preventing future issues, such as cutting back some of the bushes that had come in contact with my roof on one side of the house. He assured me that we could solve my ant problem, and put me at ease.
