Additionally he was cheaper and hooray for that. While he was here doing a great job we happened to talk about my hot water heater, it was 22 years old. I asked for a quote to do it as well and his price was reasonable. He updated the straps and added a pressure relief tank too. “Pedro and his team were great. I needed a propane gas line moved and the work was done professionally and quickly. The quote ended up being right on the money and the work exceeded my expectations. He even re-set my clock after having to unplug my oven! What impressed me most about Pedro is that early on I was advised by an electrician to move my gas line. In the end I decided to proceed but Pedro suggested that I might not have to have this work done due to where the regulator was located and the related gas pressure. He could have easily taken my money, no questions asked, but his recommendation that I double check with PG&E first to avoid unnecessary work won me over.I will be calling Pedro this spring to plumb a clothes washer water supply, glad I found a good plumbing outfit I can rely on. “Our 5-year-old water heater suddenly started leaking water from the pressure relief valve at the top of the tank. I called Jim Curoso, and they sent Ramon out - squeezed me in at the end of the day. Ramon took about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem as being a failed pressure regulator at the water main, and our water pressure was way too high (over 100 psi - it should be below 80 psi). It took him a couple of hours to replace the ball valve at the water main, the pressure regulator, and install an expansion tank on the water tank itself. I was very impressed with all the communication between the office, Ramon, and me, and they did a great job!“
