He is commended for his thorough service, including taking pictures and offering advice on repairs and maintenance. Ongaro & Sons also accommodates customer needs by offering both scheduled appointments and same-day service.

Recent reviews emphasize the professionalism and honesty of their technicians. For example, one customer appreciated that a technician, Mark R, quickly diagnosed a furnace issue as a loose wire, charging only $98. The customer praised the crew, including Mark, John, Tyler, Kevin, Dom, Maxwell, Brandon, Nic, and others, for an exceptional experience.
