I am extremely grateful for the excellent service and compassionate care I received from Doctor Daniel Rich and the staff at the EyeCare Institute in Santa Rosa. From getting a last moment, emergency appointment, which allowed me to see Dr. Rich same day, through the many tests performed and post visits seeing Dr. Rich, I have received the best attention, always treated with respect, consideration and compassion. Enjoying AWESOME vision after Dr. Ni performed cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr. Ni is a talented surgeon who took time to explain things and answer my questions. The staff at both the office and surgery center were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I've been recommending ECI and Dr. Ni to others. Thank you Dr. Ni and team.
