Dr. Lee is incredibly kind and likes to get to know you. I had only seen her 1 time and seeing her again after more than a year she remembered everything about it. Gabby, the optician was very helpful with my insurance and getting me a same day appt since I was having concerns with my eyes. Thank you, all!

Dr. Lee was professional, courteous, thorough and took time to explain how I should treat my pre-existing eye conditions. Seghen and Stacy were patient and helpful dealing with my new vision insurance to insure that I got the correct benefits.Excellent vision care and customer service!

Ever since I moved from the bay to NorCal, it has been hard to just show up at Target since it’s so far away. I needed my contacts and they shipped them for me :)I also needed my new lens but my order was from San Jose and SJ optical just took care of everything and I simply waited for the SR optical to call me when it was done. And through the whole process they were kind, helpful, patient and friendly. Thanks optical team!
